The Anchor cocktail list was put together by Jules & Jacob -
their aim was to provide some familiar drinks,
some twisted classics and some just plain twisted.
All cocktails have at least 2 shots in them so please enjoy responsibily
This Birmingham classic finds its way home to its creator, an irresistible mix of fresh kiwi and mint, balanced with fresh lime juice and Bombay Sapphire gin – light refreshing and moreish.
This twist on a Cosmopolitan adds a childhood favourite flavour, cleverly mixing Stolichnaya Raspberry vodka with Grand Marnier, fresh lime & cranberry – remind you of anything?
Hendricks gin stirred with lime, orange citrus and spiced cardamom – a subtle refined twist on the Gimlet.
Snow Queen vodka stirred with elderflower and violet liqueur, plum bitters and sweet vermouth – an elegant nod to the Martinez cocktail.
An original creation utilising Tanqueray gin, sweet vermouth, lemon, Sauvignon Blanc and a tickle of Absinthe – seductive and naughty.
Abelha Cachaca built with fresh lime juice, Green Chartreuse and Drambuie, finished with orange bitters – a dram with a difference.
We’ve taken the Whisky Mac and stretched it, Monkey Shoulder blended malt with Stone’s ginger wine, almond, apple juice and topped with ginger ale – great length, deeply satisfying.
Our nod to the Espresso Martini. 1 whole espresso shaken with Mason’s Yorkshire Tea gin, demerara, Kahlua and Mozart dark chocolate liqueur – the thinking man’s vodka Redbull.
Jim Bean bourbon stirred with aged port and Benedictine liqueur – fashioned from the classic Manhattan cocktail, this one is a little more travelled and heavenly. However if you like it with more teeth try Devil’s Pilgrim with Jim Beam Devil’s Cut £10.00
Amazeballs Mai Tai
